I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was beautifully designed with all brand new facilities that worked perfectly. I especially loved the comfortable bed and the good shower. Additionally, having a private terrace was a wonderful bonus, allowing me to enjoy some fresh air and soak in the city atmosphere.
All was great, no improvements needed.

The location was absolute perfection, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to everything. It was so convenient and made exploring this city easy. Plus, there were plenty of transportation options nearby, making it easy to get around. I also loved how clean the hotel was, from the rooms to the common areas. It made for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect for shoppers, as it is very close to the famous Monte Napoleone shopping street. It is also in a great area, not far from the city center. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is excellent, as they promptly addressed any issues we had and even offered a discount for a blocked shower drain. The hotel also has a cute restaurant on the ground floor, which is a bonus.
The hotel's reception is not available after 10 pm, which can be inconvenient for late arrivals.

Excellent location and spacious room. The room had a very basic decor but wasnice and neat. The prime location allowed us to easily access everything in the city. The hotel provided good quality shampoo and bath gel, along with plenty of towels.
